Britni Ray is a licensed real estate operations and development professional with two decades of experience managing small companies and multi-million-dollar construction projects. She started her career in escrow and eventually moved into property management and brokerage operations before she found her love for construction and development.

At G2 Capital Development, Britni manages the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She has direct involvement in development, construction, and property management. She works across all phases of a project, from inception through execution.
