Britni Ray

Britni Ray is a licensed real estate operations and development professional with two decades of experience managing small companies and multi-million-dollar construction projects. She started her career in escrow and eventually moved into property management and brokerage operations before she found her love for construction and development. Britni has managed executive office suites, coordinated multi-million-dollar new home construction projects, processed residential short sales, coordinated mixed-use multi-family and office/medical development deals, assisted with the ownership transfer of Nevada’s oldest operating casino, and has overseen property management of residential homes and multi-family apartments. 

At G2 Capital Development, Britni manages the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She has direct involvement in development, construction, and property management. She works across all phases of a project, from inception through execution.
