Myles Bendavid

Myles Bendavid is an Investment and Development Associate at G2 Capital Development, specializing in deal analysis, investment underwriting, and development support. His responsibilities include evaluating acquisition opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting the financial analysis and construction progress of G2’s projects from initial assessment through execution. He plays an active role in helping the team identify value and move opportunities forward with confidence.

Myles is a Las Vegas native with a lifelong familiarity with the Southern Nevada market. He studied Real Estate at San Diego State University, graduating in 2023, before returning home to pursue his career in the city he grew up in. Prior to joining G2, Myles worked as a broker before transitioning to a financial analyst role at a family office, where he built a strong foundation in deal evaluation, market analysis, and investment strategy, which he now brings to the G2 team.
