Tania Merida

Tania Merida is a construction professional with experience supporting commercial, hospitality, entertainment, education, and public projects throughout Southern California and Nevada. Throughout her career, Tania had the opportunity to contribute to notable projects including Resorts World Las Vegas, Allegiant Stadium, MSG Sphere, Durango Stations Casino, and the Las Vegas Convention Center Expansion. Her experience includes project engineering, project coordination, document control, contract administration, and project closeout. One of the projects she is most proud of is Strong Start Academy for the City of Las Vegas, where she served as the Project Engineer from startup to final owner turnover.

In October 2017, Tania relocated from Southern California to Las Vegas, and over the years the city has truly become her home. The people and construction industry in Las Vegas quickly made it feel like home. She has truly enjoyed building relationships within the industry and contributing to projects that make a lasting impact on the valley.

Outside of work, Tania enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Linus, staying active, discovering new restaurants and coffee shops around Las Vegas, enjoys watching a good boxing fight, and reading books that challenge her way of thinking.
