Gianna Marretti

Gianna Marretti is a Las Vegas native with a strong foundation in real estate development and finance. Raised in a family actively involved in construction, development, and real estate, she developed an early interest in the industry and chose to build her career working alongside her father, Frank Marretti, at G2 Capital Development.

She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and minoring in Real Estate. While at UNLV, Gianna competed on the Women’s Golf Team, bringing the discipline, competitiveness, and strategic mindset from athletics into her professional career.

At G2 Capital Development, Gianna plays an active role in the company’s day-to-day operations, with direct involvement in acquisitions, development oversight, financial analysis, accounting, and marketing initiatives. She works across all phases of a project, from initial evaluation through execution, contributing to strategic decision-making and long-term value creation for both the company and the Las Vegas community.
