Gianna Marretti

Gianna Marretti was born and raised in Las Vegas with parents that are heavily involved in construction, development, and real estate so she decided at a young age that she wanted to be a part of the business. After high school, Gianna decided to attend college at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Her first year at UNLV was spent on the Women’s Golf Team where she enjoyed much of her time with her teammates. After her freshmen year, Gianna decided to make the toughest decision and give up golf to pursue real estate. Shortly after her decision, she studied for her real estate license and began working with her father, Frank Marretti, at G2 Capital Development. Majoring in finance and minoring in real estate at UNLV has been her focus along with furthering her real estate career. She will graduate from UNLV in the Spring semester of 2025.

Gianna’s primary responsibilities at G2 are accounting, marketing, project acquisition, due diligence coordination, and development observation so that she can absorb all there is to learn about the real estate industry. After graduation, Gianna plans to continue her career at G2 Capital Development where she will focus on creating more opportunities for the company and the community around her.
