University Gateway

University Gateway is a mixed-use development located directly across from UNLV at the northeast corner of Maryland Parkway and Dorothy Avenue in Central Las Vegas, just a few minutes from Harry Reid International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip. The project was completed in 2019 and sold to the University in 2023. It consists of retail space on the first level, professional offices for UNLV on the second and third levels, luxury studio apartments on levels four through seven and a rooftop pool deck. The project also includes UNLV Police Headquarters and features a ±820 space parking structure primarily serving UNLV students and staff.
