Campus Village was developed in the late 1970’s as two buildings consisting of one two-story retail building with frontage along Maryland Parkway and one single-story retail building set back to the east along Harmon Avenue. The property is situated on ±2.77 acres just east of UNLV’s main campus and is within the Maryland Parkway corridor. The two-story building was demolished in 2019 and the single story building was demolished in 2020. Plans for the new mixed-use development are currently in progress and will include the 7-Eleven situated on ±0.58 acres. This project is a collaboration with Woodbury Corp.
